Tri-County offers a number of different service options.  Our expert technicians can help you determine which option is right for your specific situation.

2x per year

This option is best suited for those with relatively new or relatively “pest-proof” homes.

Quarterly

This is our most popular option. Each service is tailored for the pest problems that are likely to occur during the given season. Quarterly service comes with unlimited free call-backs for any problems that arise in between services.

Every Other Month

This service is best suited for those with older homes or homes in areas of high pest activity. The increased frequency of service allows for more aggressive monitoring and preventative maintenance. Every other month service comes with unlimited free call-backs for any problems that arise between services.

Monthly

This option is best suited for those who have a high level of initial activity. Often, we will recommend monthly service for certain problems temporarily until the problem is resolved, at which time frequency will be decreased. Monthly service comes with unlimited free call-backs for any problems that arise between services.

Two Times per Month

This option is best suited for those who have a very high level of initial activity. Often, we will recommend two times per month service for certain problems temporarily until the problem is resolved, at which time frequency will be decreased. Two times per month service comes with unlimited free call-backs for any problems that arise between services.

Weekly

This option is best suited for those who have an extreme level of initial activity, or when immediate control is essential. Often, we will recommend weekly service for certain problems temporarily until the problem is resolved, at which time frequency will be decreased. Weekly service comes with unlimited free call-backs for any problems that arise between services.

Preventative Maintenance

Often times, it is much easier to stop a problem before it starts than to eliminate one that is ongoing. For this reason, all of our service options include preventative measures to keep pests out of sight and out of mind.

Exterior Perimeter

One method of prevention is exterior perimeter treatment. This creates a “buffer” around your home that reduces your chances of having a pest problem in two ways. First, it reduces the population of pests in the environment directly around your house. Second, any pests that try to enter your home must first penetrate through the treated area, which in most cases, stops it dead in its tracks. It is important to note that here at Tri-County, all of our products are targeted specifically for pest species, and we take great care not to harm birds, fish, honeybees, and other sensitive wildlife.

Interior Crack and Crevice

A second method of preventative maintenance is interior crack and crevice treatment. Pests spend almost all of their time hiding in the nooks and crannies in your home where they will not be disturbed. By treating these places, we eliminate any pests that are already hiding there and prevent any other pests from taking up residence. When making any application indoors, we take great care not to put you, your family, or your pets at risk. We use only products that are specifically labeled for such application, and apply very rigorous safety protocol.
