Information

While they can be difficult to distinguish, there are many different types of bees and wasps. Some are very docile, and rarely sting unless handled while others are very aggressive and will sting repeatedly if agitated. For example, honey bees are highly beneficial to the eco system, and rarely sting unless their nest is threatened. Bald-faced hornets, on the other hand, will aggressively attack with little provocation. When dealing with any kind of stinging insect, it is best to call in an expert.

Prevention

There is little that can be done to prevent bees or wasps from nesting around your home. However, you should make sure that any cracks or holes that could provide entry to your home are properly sealed.

Control

If you attempt to exterminate bees or wasps yourself, you could literally spend hours shopping for costly pest control sprays or trapping devices. You could then spend even more time trying unsuccessfully to kill the wasps or bees, putting yourself or your family at risk in the process. Tri-County can take care of your pest problem quickly, efficiently, and safely.
